| Cindy G. Miles -
President/Manager Certified Senior Escrow Officer |

Cindy started her escrow career in
1978. She received her first designation in 1983 as Certified Escrow
Officer. Cindy opened Eagle Escrow Company in 1984. She earned her
designation as Senior Certified Escrow Officer in 1993. Cindy is
currently a member of East San Gabriel Valley Escrow Associates and
California Escrow Association since 1983. In addition, she has
served as Director for Tri-County Escrow Association in 1985 and was
on the board of Directors for Escrow Institute of California
1997/1998. Cindy and her staff is active with Citrus Valley
Association of Realtors. She is a true native Californian and
resides in San Dimas with her husband and 2 sons. She enjoys all
types of water sports and spending weekends with her family and
friends.

| Carolyn Stemlock - Escrow
Officer/Refinance Division |

| Carolyn started her escrow career as Cindy Miles
assistant in 1980. She accompanied Cindy when Eagle Escrow Co.
opened in 1984 and has been with Eagle Escrow Co. Since the
beginning. Carolyn became a Notary Public in 1986 and received her
designation as Refinance Escrow Officer in 1989. Over the years she
has been active in Tri County Escrow Association and Citrus Valley
Association of Realtors (formally known as Azusa-Glendora
Association of Realtors). A long time resident of Covina, Carolyn
and her husband of 35 years, enjoy spending time with their grandson
and granddaughter. |

| Denise M. Campagna -
Certified Escrow Officer/Sales Division |

| Denise began her escrow career in 1979 with Bank
of America. She opened her own office in 1989 in the Inland Empire.
She decided to move West and settled in with Eagle Escrow Co. in
1996. Denise received her Certified Escrow Officer designation in
1995. She served as Director in 1995 and 1996 and President Elect in
1997 for the Tri County Escrow Association. She has been secretary
for Citrus Valley Association of Realtors Affiliate Division since
1997. Denise has been a member of California Escrow Association
since 1985 and a Notary Public Since 1980. She currently resides in
Covina with her husband of 18 years, 4 daughters and 1
granddaughter. Denise enjoys reading, sewing, fishing, camping, and
assisting with her childrens' drama productions. |
